Edori Fertig is a visual artist, local art teacher, founding member of the Skip Sisters and singer for Deptford Wives, a local band. Her passion for collecting and finding inspiration in often overlooked objects from humble sources features in these collages discovered on a walk in rural Ireland. Following the recent death of her husband, she views the autumnal seed heads as symbolic of new beginnings and renewal.
